Terms of Service

Trainlo provides workout planning, workout logging, nutrition tracking, and AI-assisted meal estimation. You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region) to use it.

Trainlo provides general fitness and nutrition information based on what you enter. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or dietetic counseling. Workout suggestions, calorie targets, and AI nutrition values are estimates. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter; the app's recommendations are only as good as the data you give it.

Trainlo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription with monthly and annual plans. The price and duration shown on the paywall when you buy are the terms that apply. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Free trial: new subscribers get a 3 day free trial where offered. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and you are charged the plan's price. Each account can use the free trial once, as determined by Apple or Google.
• Cancel: in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. When you delete your Trainlo account, we turn off renewal of a Google Play subscription for you. Apple does not let apps cancel App Store subscriptions, so cancel that yourself in your Apple ID settings. Either way you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Restore: use Restore purchases in Profile or on the paywall after reinstalling or switching devices.
• Refunds: handled by Google or Apple under their store policies.
• Fair use: unlimited AI meal scans and estimates are for one person's own meals. To protect the service from automated or shared use, we may pause AI features for an account for a short time after unusually heavy use. Everything else in the app keeps working.

Don't use Trainlo to upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content, including through the meal scanner, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that misuse it. If an AI result is wrong or inappropriate, please report it from the result screen.

Trainlo's software, design, exercise illustrations, and content belong to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial fitness tracking. Your logged data remains yours.

Trainlo is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or that any workout or nutrition suggestion will produce specific results. Exercise is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injuries or data loss, arising from your use of the service.

We may update, change, or discontinue features. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
