Encrypted in Transit
All traffic between the Trainlo app, our website, and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS.
Encrypted at Rest
Our database and storage providers encrypt your stored records, workouts, and meal history.
No Selling, No Ads
We do not sell your fitness logs, photos, or body data, and we don't use them for advertising.
Account Deletion
Delete your account from Profile in the app or at trainlo.app/delete-account. Data is permanently deleted 30 days after you confirm.
